Privacy policy

About this policy

This policy covers the Pack Performance website, iPhone, iPad and Android apps, and related support services. Contact admin@packpreformance.com for privacy, access, correction, or deletion requests. Pack is offered to companies and their staff in the United States. Availability in the United States does not mean every service provider processes data only in the United States.

Workplace accounts

Your company controls its workspace, staff assignments, enabled features, and access settings. Authorized owners, managers, and other users can see information according to their roles and company settings. Pack support administrators can access information when needed to operate the service or assist a company. Your employer may separately explain its use of workplace information. Each company determines its hiring requirements; employees under 18 may use Pack. Pack is a workplace service and is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe information about a child was collected without required authorization.

Information we handle

Account and registration information includes names, optional nicknames and profile icons, email addresses, account identifiers, company details and addresses, location assignments, roles, and preferences. Our authentication provider handles credentials and sign-in records. Workplace information includes entered sales and performance metrics, hours, goals, shifts, schedules, training, reflections, feedback, rewards, competitions, and calendars. Communications include messages, replies, reactions, selected photos, notes, support requests, content reports, and blocked-account preferences. When customer follow-up is enabled, companies may enter customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, notes, dates, and outcomes. Company billing records include subscription amounts, payment ledger entries, dates, and related notes; Pack does not ask users to enter payment-card or bank-account numbers in the app. Technical information includes notification tokens, browser push subscriptions, device or installation identifiers, app and update versions, update-related crash information, delivery records, and authentication and security records. Providers may process IP addresses and technical logs.

Exploring a sample team

Sample-team edits are temporary and reset when the exploration ends or after 10 minutes without activity. If you choose follow-up, Pack keeps the name, business, email, optional phone number and team goals you submit, your contact choices, demo and registration events, and private follow-up notes. We use these to follow up personally about your business and measure demo conversions. Pack notifies its owner about new requests for personal follow-up. Demo edits are not copied into real company records. You may reply to a personal follow-up or contact admin@packpreformance.com to stop demo follow-up or request access, correction or deletion.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate users, enforce company permissions, provide workplace reports, goals, games, training and communication, deliver selected notifications and reports, moderate content, provide support, maintain subscriptions, and operate and secure Pack. Pack does not display advertisements and does not sell or share user information for advertising.

Sharing and public links

Information is available to authorized company users according to feature permissions. Public game, leaderboard, or display links expose the information selected for that display to people with the link; links can be forwarded. We use Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, databases, server operations and image storage; Expo for updates and notification delivery; Apple and Google Play for app distribution and their related services; Apple and Google for device notification delivery; Resend for transactional email; and website hosting infrastructure. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. Emails may include workplace reports as attachments. We may disclose information when necessary to comply with applicable law or protect the service and people using it.

Home Screen widgets on iPhone and iPad

If you enable a widget, Pack stores your selected metrics, period, location scope and a revocable widget credential. The app and widget share that credential securely on your device and cache recent metric values. The service checks current company permissions before returning results. Widget values may be visible to anyone who can see your Home Screen. You can disconnect a setup in My settings → Widgets or remove it from your Home Screen. Signing out clears the connected setup on that device. Removing the Home Screen tile alone does not delete your account or workplace records.

Your choices

You can change available profile and notification preferences in the app and control notification permissions in device settings. Lock-screen notifications may reveal workplace information. You choose which photos to attach. Chat safety controls allow you to report content, block a person’s chat content and notifications, and unblock them later. Authorized managers and owners can review reported content and edit or remove messages. Blocking chat does not change access to shared company business records. Contact Pack for help accessing or correcting information; company owners and managers can correct records within their permissions.

Retention and deletion

We keep active workspace information while it is needed to provide the company’s service, subject to account deletion and company content controls. Company business records and records relating to other employees may remain after one account is deleted. To request permanent deletion, open My settings → Account → Delete my account and confirm. Accounts awaiting company access can use the deletion control on their account screen. You can also request account and associated data deletion on our website without installing or signing in to the app, or email admin@packpreformance.com. Support normally processes requests within 7 days. Ownership transfer, company closure, or records requiring review may take longer; contact support for an update. During processing, access to the deleting account ends. Keep the private status link provided after requesting deletion; it works without signing in. Completion is also emailed when an account email is available. Personal account records and associated content are removed from the active service. Metric results may remain combined under their original store and date without the deleted account’s name or identifier; retained amounts do not appear as a person in staff rankings. Small groups may still allow inferences, so these totals are not described as universally anonymous. Temporary technical completion records and status links expire 30 days after completion. The completion-delivery address is removed after the email provider accepts delivery, or when the temporary record expires. Previously delivered messages, exported reports, or copies held independently by other people cannot be recalled. Restricted provider backups, soft-deleted objects, security logs and provider delivery records may persist under the providers’ retention processes; deleting active records does not immediately erase every backup or external delivery record. Contact support with a specific request about these records. We retain information required by applicable law only for the relevant purpose and period.

Security, questions and changes

We use authentication, company and role permissions, and technical safeguards to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Contact admin@packpreformance.com to exercise applicable privacy rights, ask about this policy, or raise a concern. We may update this policy when Pack’s practices change; the effective date identifies the current version, and material changes will be communicated through the service or an appropriate account contact.
